E-commerce is a business model that performs transactions using the internet and implemented digitally to facilitate between organizations individuals. covers process from distribution, sale, purchase, marketing service of product which carried out in an electronic system, namely internet. competition Indonesia very fierce because many e-commerce abroad also compete become prima donna Indonesia. In this study, value influence customer value, experience, user brand image, price, productivity, quality trust satisfaction will be sorted. The research conducted descriptive analytic explain what factors affect consumer shopping on e-commerce. approach used cross section approach, measurement variable only done with momentary observations or certain period each study once. was respondents who had purchased online via e-commerce, either directly website mobile application. results data analysis show there are variables significantly satisfaction. amount obtained includes promotion, quality, price. for experience 15.3%, 13.9%, promotion 7.5%, 27.6%, image 27.4%, 18, 4%, 10.15 price 1.2%.
